3.	Jr. Engineer (Civil)	10 - 15	30 Years	Diploma  (Civil)  from  a  recognized university/institute with minimum 01 year of experience in the field of investigations, planning, designs, construction, operation, etc.
4.	Surveyors	10 - 15	27 Years	10 +2 and ITI in Surveying from a recognized board/institute with minimum 02 years of field experience of surveywork.
